AGI’s Investment Committee consists of an advanced and experienced group of professionals, who is responsible for assessing the investment and divestment opportunities which are identified and evaluated.

In addition, AGI draws on the significant expertise of a selected group of investment professionals with significant Private Equity, Corporate Finance and Structured Finance experience, which combined with relevant management skills ensures a deep understanding of the portfolio companies. The aim is to partner with the management teams to develop superior solutions, in order to create value and promote the continuous growth of the portfolio companies.
